Uezato Woodwork Co., Ltd. (有限会社 うえざと木工) handles information for KiicutterAI Cloud pre-registration as follows.
Information we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company or business name (optional), the date and time of registration, the language of the page you registered on, and a record of your consent. To prevent repeated abusive submissions, we temporarily store a processed value derived from identifying information about your connection. Our delivery infrastructure records access logs for operations and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To tell you about what you need to start using KiicutterAI Cloud, such as the opening of the free trial, the price and the trial terms
- To manage pre-registrations and to prevent duplicate registrations and abusive submissions
- To check registration details, contact you when necessary, and respond to cancellations and inquiries
Pre-registration is free. We do not collect card information, and no paid contract or charge begins.
Storage and management
Registration information is stored in a database in the Google Cloud Tokyo region, and access is limited to the staff who need it for their work. We never publish the list of registrants. Registration information is also compiled in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for management, which only designated staff can view. We use Google cloud services for storage and management, and Resend to notify our staff of new registrations.
Registration information in the database and the management spreadsheet is kept for one year from the date of registration and deleted in turn after that. Temporary information used against fraudulent submissions is, as a rule, deleted in turn from one day after it is recorded.
Disclosure to third parties
Except where required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent. To the extent needed for the purposes above, we may entrust its handling to service providers such as cloud providers.
Cancellation and inquiries
To check or correct your registration, cancel it, stop our emails, or have your information deleted, please contact us below. We will respond after confirming that the request comes from you.
